The Wichita Lifestyle Strategies™ program is housed in Health Strategies, a medically-based wellness and fitness center. Lifestyle Strategies™ participants have access to the fitness center at no charge for the first six months in the Health and Weight Management Program™. Additional Lifestyle Strategies™ programs are offered in Wichita, including Diabetes Self-Management and Personal Nutrition Coaching. The Wichita program was started in 2000 and is our longest running program.
